Benjamin Baumhoff wins CTO of the Year Award for Excellence in Insurance Innovation sponsored by Insurance Company | So Good News

The Insurance Innovation Excellence Awards ceremony was held in Las Vegas and recognized outstanding performance by insurance companies in categories including exceptional policyholder service, digital transformation and excellence in data and analytics.

With over 40 years of information technology experience in the P&C insurance industry, Bomhoff has a deep understanding of how to successfully manage teams through the implementation of new and emerging technologies. Bomhoff is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Fleming Insurance Holdings, a reinsurance carrier specializing in providing liquidity and risk transfer solutions to the mid-market insurance sector. Prior to Fleming Insurance Holdings, Bomhoff spent nearly a decade in the private lines market in Florida.

An example of Baumhoff’s commitment to innovation was the use of Sure AI Assistant, an AI-powered chatbot to handle the flood of complaints after hurricanes and other natural disasters.
