Southern Railway Recruitment 2022: Railway Recruitment Cell, Southern Railways (RRC-SR) has invited applications from eligible and interested Indian citizens for recruitment in Level – ‘2’ & Level – ‘1’ Posts, in Southern Railway, against the Scouts and Guides quota for the year 2022 – 2023. There are 17 vacancies for these posts in Southern Railway and ICF Quota.
The candidates should have completed 15 years and should not have completed 22/24 years for Freshers/Ex-ITI and MLT respectively. Applications complete in all respects should be submitted ONLINE up to the last date, by visiting the website “www.sr.indianrailways.gov.in -> News & Updates -> Personnel Branch Information”. (Non-refundable) Rs. 100. Fee must be paid through ONLINE MODE. No fee is required for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates.

Educational Qualification for Southern Railway Recruitment 2022:
Mode of Selection for Southern Railway Recruitment 2022:
The selection will take place on the basis of a merit list drawn up with regard to all qualified candidates who apply for the post. The merit list will be prepared by the committee nominated for this purpose by following the procedure mentioned below:
a) Fresher category: Marks obtained in matriculation will be converted to 200 and the merit list will be drawn based on the converted marks duly securing minimum 50% in aggregate marks in matriculation.
b) Ex. ITI: Marks obtained in Matriculation will be converted to 100 marks (duly securing minimum 50% marks in total) + ITI marks duly converted to 100. Total marks will be calculated for 200 marks and merit list will be drawn based on the converted marks which gives equal weight age to both.
c) MLT: Grades obtained in upper secondary (with physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology) will be converted to 200 and the merit list will be drawn based on the converted grades which duly ensure a minimum of 50% in overall grades in matriculation.

(Non-refundable) Rs. 100.
