Pine-Sol® Scented Multi-Surface Cleaners in Lavender Clean®, Sparkling Wave®, and Lemon Fresh scents, CloroxPro® Pine-Sol® All Purpose Cleaners, in Lavender Clean®, Sparkling Wave®, Lemon Fresh, and Orange scents Energy®. , and Clorox® Professional™ Pine-Sol® Lemon Fresh Cleaners. Original Pine-Sol® (Pine scent) is not included in this recall.
The recalled products may contain bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, natural organisms that are abundant in soil and water. People with weakened immune systems or foreign medical devices that are affected Pseudomonas aeruginosa they face the risk of developing serious diseases that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body through inhalation, through the eyes, or through the skin. People with a strong immune system are usually not affected by the bacteria.

So far, testing has detected the bacteria in some of the recalled products, including those made between January 2021 and September 2022. Clorox produced about 37 million recalled products during that time.

The recall includes Pine-Sol Multi Purpose Cleaners in Lavender Clean, Sparkling Wave, and Lemon Fresh scents, CloroxPro Pine-Sol All Purpose Cleaners, in Lavender Clean, Sparkling Wave, Lemon Fresh, and Orange Energy scents, and Clorox Professional Pine . -Sol Lemon Fresh Cleaners, with start dates and initials “A4” and the first five numbers were counted less than 22249. The product is sold in bottles of 28, 48, 60, 100, 144, and 175 fluid ounces. Out of an abundance of caution, Clorox is recalling all of the above products manufactured in Forest Park, Georgia through September 2022.
Consumers should stop using Pine-Sol Scented Multi-Surface Cleaners in Lavender Clean, Sparkling Wave, and Lemon Fresh scents, CloroxPro Pine-Sol All Purpose Cleaners, in Lavender Clean, Sparkling Wave, Lemon Fresh, and Orange Energy scents, by Clorox . Professional Pine-Sol Lemon Fresh Cleaners with dates printed on the bottle beginning with “A4” and the first five numbers were counted less than 22249, which represents products manufactured before September 2022. Consumers must photograph the 12-digit UPC code and date, dispose of the product in its container with household waste, and contact Pine-Sol for a full refund of the purchase price, with a receipt, or the manufacturer’s retail price, without a receipt.
