(OTC Pink: PMVC) (“PMV” or the “Company”) announced today that it has decided to buy back all of its outstanding shares. of Class A Common Stock may be redeemed, amounting to 2,046,609 shares issued in its IPO (“Class A Shares”) in accordance with the provisions of its charter (“Redemption”). The redemption will be completed after the expiration of the notice period specified in the redemption notice issued to the shareholders.
As described in the Company’s charter, the owners of the Class A Shares that are redeemed will receive a portion of the proceeds, including the interest earned on the interest that the Company can use to pay the taxes it has to pay (not any property. ) that is in the IPO Account.
